Program Goal

To prepare students to enter the Mechanical Engineering Field by studying the major mechanical systems and the procedures for operating and maintaining those system, pass the Kerala Government certificate Examination in Mechanical Engineering

Program Outcomes

Upon completion of the program students will be able to
Describe various concepts of physics.
Describe different kinds of fuels, their sources and their purpose.
Describe different kinds of energy conversion systems and their working
Identify IC Engines and all parts of IC Engines.
Describe the working principal of two stroke and four stroke petrol and diesel engine and various mechanical systems like lubrication, ligation, fuel supply etc
Describe the working and application of different types of power transmission
Describe the working and application of different types of pumps.
Identify and create basic welded joints and sheet metal seams .
Do basic fitting operations.
Identify and describe basic turning operation

No need to send a hard copy of the application form or any other documents to PNS while applying.
Application Fee is Rs. 200/- for ‘early applicants’ (on or before 30th June 2021) and a late fee will have to be paid for subsequent applicants.
Last date of Submission of Application form along with the payment of application fee: 15th July 2021.
Application fee shall be paid online by credit card/debit card/net banking/mobile wallets
Applicants will receive a system-generated acknowledgment for the application submitted and payment of the application fee. With this the application process is complete.
