Taming of natural resources and using them for the development of the country, providing drinking water, public health and sanitation, road and inland water transport, hydro power generation, river and coastal protection, etc., are some of the jobs undertaken by Civil Engineers.
The students are given a concise study of civil subjects to equip them with sufficient knowledge in the field. There are lots of employment opportunities in the local administration as well as Govt. departments like PWD, Survey, Revenue, Irrigation and others

Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including public works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, sewage systems, pipelines, structural components of buildings, and railways.

No need to send a hard copy of the application form or any other documents to PNS while applying.
Application Fee is Rs. 200/- for ‘early applicants’ (on or before 30th June 2022) and a late fee will have to be paid for subsequent applicants.
Last date of Submission of Application form along with the payment of application fee: 15th July 2022.
Application fee shall be paid online by credit card/debit card/net banking/mobile wallets
Applicants will receive a system-generated acknowledgment for the application submitted and payment of the application fee. With this the application process is complete.
