KGCE Courses are two year Certificate courses by the Department of Technical education, Government of Kerala.  K.G.C.E. courses are approved by the Government, PSC , Public  and private sectors for various technical jobs.

Medium Of Instruction:
The medium of instruction as well as that of examination is both English and Malayalam.
Admission: Month of July 
The minimum qualification:   SSLC or equivalent (Passed or Failed). 
Age: should not be below 14 years or above 25 years on 1July of that academic year.( There will be a relaxation of three years in the upper age limit for scheduled caste candidates, for admission.)
Examination: Second year, in the month of June.
